So with grades posted for the semester I am officially half way through my midwifery program. I have read so many other's blogs and have always wanted to start one of my one. I figure now is as good of a time as any. In an month I will start my clinicals and be that much closer to my dream of becoming a midwife. I can't believe real it is becoming. That I am going to be working with patients instead of just sitting in classrooms. Granted I still have to sit in a few more classrooms but I get to practice being a midwife.
I plan to use this blog to talk about my journey, my patients (observing HIPPA laws, of course), my family and my life. I know that the next year and a half is going to be stressful but it is going to be an adventure as well....this making of a midwife!
